Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Cake Masterclass. If the web app is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

Eligibility

• Refund requests must be sent within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
• The request must come from, or mention, the email address used at checkout.
• No questions asked: you don’t need to justify your decision.

How to request a refund

1. Send an email to lesecretesconde@gmail.com with the subject “Refund request”.
2. Include the email address used at checkout and, if possible, your Stripe receipt.
3. We confirm your request by email and process the refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued through Stripe to the same payment method used for the purchase. After we process it, your bank or card issuer usually takes 5–10 business days to show the credit on your statement.

After a refund

Because Cake Masterclass is a digital product (a web app), access to the recipes and tips is cancelled once the refund is processed.

After 14 days

Requests made after the 14-day period are not eligible, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.
